Workshop Description
Creating the Roadmap: Mile Markers for Living into One’s Vision
This three-part series teaches coaches (and aspiring coaches) how to create a roadmap with mile markers to guide one’s journey into living a vision. Having an inspiring and bold vision is essential yet on its own it’s not enough — we need ways to know we’re actually living into that vision in tangible and intangible ways.
Mile markers might include:
The client befriending an internal part that was initially resistant to or fearful of the vision.
Deepening relationship w/ an innate gift needed to fully live into one’s vision.
Changing a limiting behavior pattern.
Specific milestone or goal congruent w/ the vision
Series participants will learn coaching tools and techniques for the Roadmap creation process by applying them to their own visions as coaches. This hands-on, practical approach will ensure that the learnings in this series are deeply understood and integrated.
