Fundamentals of Coaching Series

Participants in this series will learn essential skills for effective whole system coaching including the three core coaching competencies (presence, attunement and illumination), the three levels of contracting with clients, the Seven Dimensions of Trust and the Seven Core Principles that are the foundation of the PCI methodology. At PCI, we believe coaching is both an art and science requiring multi-dimensional skills and presence as a sacred witness. This three-part series will support coaches and other practitioners in creating a safe and honoring container for working with clients.

FUNDAMENTALS OF COACHING SERIES PRESENTERS

Brian Jaudon is a master coach with a passion for coaching and mentoring other coaches and practioners. Brian has been a pioneer in the integration of coaching and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for more than two decades having co-designed and co-delivered two global courses on incorporating the IFS model in partnership with the IFS Institute. He also incorporates his groundbreaking work on discovering and developing one's gifts centered around his framework The Five Stages of Gift Development and other innovative models. Brian resides just outside Brevard, North Carolina in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Diane Dimond served as co-instructor for our 2025 training cohort and was a mentor coach for the 2024 cohort. Diane is a wise soul with a servant heart who brings a gentle yet strong presence as a PCI instructor and PCI affiliate coach. She draws on her training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) as well as decades of experience serving women in recovery and survivors of sex trafficking. Diane is also a cancer survivor with much wisdom and compassion to share. She resides in Anchorage.
