Gift Development Series

We cannot fully live into our vision without our gifts (innate abilities) which are part of our personal blueprint. In this four-part series, participants will discover and develop gifts such as seeing patterns, perceiving resonance and dissonance, getting to the core issue quickly and genuine curiosity. These gifts are mapped to the Five Stages of Gift Development which reveals where one's growth edges are with any particular gift. Participants will also map parts of their internal system that may be hindering the full expression of any given gift and learn how to be in dialogue with those parts to invite enrollment rather than fear or protection around their gifts.

GIFT DEVELOPMENT SERIES PRESENTERS

Brian Jaudon is a master coach with a passion for coaching and mentoring other coaches and practioners. Brian has been a pioneer in the integration of coaching and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for more than two decades having co-designed and co-delivered two global courses on incorporating the IFS model in partnership with the IFS Institute. He also incorporates his groundbreaking work on discovering and developing one's gifts centered around his framework The Five Stages of Gift Development and other innovative models. Brian resides just outside Brevard, North Carolina in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Diane Dimond served as co-instructor for our 2025 training cohort and was a mentor coach for the 2024 cohort. Diane is a wise soul with a servant heart who brings a gentle yet strong presence as a PCI instructor and PCI affiliate coach. She draws on her training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) as well as decades of experience serving women in recovery and survivors of sex trafficking. Diane is also a cancer survivor with much wisdom and compassion to share. She resides in Anchorage.
