Visioning Series

Clarify your own vision as a coach, therapist, practitioner or leader and learn how to do the same for those you serve. You’ll both experience and attain access to a guided meditation with journal prompt as well as learn how to create an inventory of parts (IFS-inspired) that may represent a range of emotions, stories and beliefs related to the vision – especially those that will need to be befriended in order to fully live into the vision. You’ll also learn an IFS-inspired protocol for creating an internal dialogue with vision-related parts to support this befriending process. This series will take place on three consecutive Wednesdays from 1-3pm EST: January 14, 21 and 28.
